Shipping policy

Shipping within the U.S. qualifies for a flat rate for orders. Estimated shipping times visible during checkout do not consider processing time and are not guaranteed by the carrier or TWIHW. Currently, only Standard Shipping options are available, and orders should arrive within five days of shipping from our office. TWIHW will not be held responsible for lost or delayed packages. If your order is lost or delayed, don't hesitate to contact your shipping carrier, we can provide you with tracking information.
